Contact supportTranox works both ways between Nigeria and Côte d'Ivoire. Send naira (NGN) to someone in Côte d'Ivoire and they receive West African CFA francs (XOF), or send XOF to someone in Nigeria and they receive NGN.
Most transfers arrive within minutes. Timing can depend on the recipient's bank or mobile money provider. You can follow every step in Transactions, and we send you a notification when the money is delivered.
Before you confirm, the review screen shows the exchange rate, the fee (1.5% of the amount you send) and exactly how much your recipient gets. The rate is held for 30 seconds while you review. Once you confirm, the amount your recipient receives does not change.
Yes. The minimum transfer is ₦2,100 from Nigeria or CFA 1,100 from Côte d'Ivoire. The send screen shows the minimum before you continue.
If a delivery attempt does not go through, we retry it automatically and let you know. If the transfer still cannot be delivered, the money is returned to your Tranox wallet and you get a notification. Your money is never lost in between.
Tap Add on the home screen. Naira wallets can be funded by bank transfer or card. CFA wallets can be funded with Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov Money or Wave. The minimum top-up is ₦1,000 or CFA 500.
Most top-ups show in your wallet within a few minutes. If yours has not arrived after 30 minutes, open Support, choose New ticket, pick Top-up and select the payment. Our team will trace it and update you.
Tap Withdraw on the home screen. Naira goes to a Nigerian bank account and CFA goes to a mobile money wallet. You confirm with your transaction PIN or fingerprint. The minimum withdrawal is ₦1,000 or CFA 500.
We verify every customer to keep accounts safe and to meet anti-money-laundering rules. You need a valid government ID and a quick selfie. Most checks finish in a few minutes, and some are reviewed by our team.
Your limits depend on your verification level. You can see your current level and limits in Profile, under Account limits. Completing the next verification step raises them.
Use a transaction PIN that only you know and turn on fingerprint or face unlock in Profile. Check Manage devices for phones you don't recognise. Tranox will never ask for your PIN, password or verification code by email, phone or message.
Go to Profile, then Transaction PIN. For your security you can change it once every 24 hours. If you forgot it, tap Forgot PIN? on that screen and reset it with a code we send to your phone by SMS.
Go to Profile and tap Delete account. Your wallet must be empty first. Some records are kept for the period required by law, then removed.
Tap the chat icon at the top of the home screen to message us. Our assistant answers right away and the team takes over when needed. We usually reply within a few hours, Monday to Saturday. You can also email hello@tranoxfinance.com.
